Chicken Porridge
Recipe
Chicken cooked with porridge makes it
really tasty porridge taste delicious. Merangnya mushrooms give a fresh crunchy
texture. More delicious warm bribed with extra boiled egg.
Ingredients:
·
1 tbsp vegetable oil
·
1 clove garlic, minced
·
20 g onion, chopped
·
100 g chicken, cut into small
·
100 g rice, washed, drained
·
750 ml of water
·
1 bay leaf
·
½ teaspoon pepper
·
1 tsp salt
·
150 g mushroom, sliced
·
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Topping:
·
Boiled Eggs
·
Fried shallots
·
Green cabbage, cut into pieces, boiled
How to make:
1. Sauté garlic and onions until wilted.
2. Enter the chicken, stirring until
stiff.
3. Add rice, stirring until blended.
4. Pour water, give bay leaves, pepper and
salt.
5. Cook until rice is crushed and
condensed.
6. Enter the mushrooms and soy sauce, and
cook until mushrooms wilt.
7. Remove and serve hot with assorted
spreads.
