How to make
1. Starter: mix them all together
into one so well blended, let rise for 30 minutes
2. Whisk sugar and eggs, add taro,
taro paste, salt, and vanilla. Pour the coconut milk mixture and stir
3. Enter the flour, stir, and let
stand for 1 hour
4. Preheat steamer, put the mold
and paper cup as the base, stir the dough before it is poured into the mold. Full content, then steamed until
cooked and bloom for 20 minutes.
